Three ways we can work with your organisation
Each engagement is sized for a specific situation — from an initial customer study through to ongoing advisory support. All are fixed-fee and delivered in a structured, unhurried way.
Back to HomeCareful, structured, and grounded in evidence
Every Brightspire engagement begins the same way: with a genuine attempt to understand your situation before suggesting anything. We ask questions, review what customer feedback exists, and talk with the people inside your organisation who interact with customers daily.
From that starting point we apply a structured approach — mapping the customer journey, identifying where the experience holds together and where it does not, and working out which changes are most worth pursuing given your organisation's capacity and priorities.
Our deliverables are written for the people who will use them, not for an internal assessment process. We review everything for clarity and usability before it reaches you.
Understand first
We start with your situation, not our templates.
Map clearly
Visualise the actual customer experience, not the intended one.
Prioritise sensibly
Focus on changes that your team can actually make.
Review and adjust
Return to the evidence as things change over time.
Customer Journey Review

Experience Improvement Plan
A structured engagement to turn customer insight into a practical plan for better, kinder interactions across channels. Best for
Journey Review
Teams that want to understand their customer experience before deciding what to change. A good starting point if you have limited customer feedback today.
Best for
Improvement Plan
Organisations that already have some sense of where things are going wrong and are ready to prioritise and act. Works well after a Journey Review, or independently if you already have useful feedback.
Best for
Advisory Retainer
Leadership teams that want a steady, external perspective over several months — keeping momentum on customer experience without needing to manage another large internal project.
What you can count on, regardless of scope
